Environmentally: Factory minimizes its use of energy and consumes fewer raw materials for the same product output can be more profitable and environmental friendly. That’s our factory eco efficiency and energy efficiency.

Occupational Health and Safety: We invest workers in using machines and equipment safety. That way we don’t lose time through industrial accidents of injuries.

Human Resource: We invest in training Managers and Supervisors, a comply strategy to improve factory efficiency.

Health and Hygiene: The facility is stocked with First-Aid boxes and kits, and has a professional certified doctor and a nurse. We have procedures to facilitate and transport ambulance to deal with serious injuries to acquire treatment in a hospital. We provide pure drinking water tested for purity and has adequate access to it throughout the day. The workplace has sufficient number of clean toilets, separated by sex for all workers and staff with running water. For the humanities sake we facilitate clean, comfortable dining space for male and female workers.

Child Care: In our day care center we provide clean and safe child care room with trained aid who keeps all record of attendees, illnesses and injuries. Nursing mothers receives reasonable breaks to feed their infants in our in-house Day Care room.

Core Spun Apparel Limited & Purbachal Apparel Limited is trying to perform more strong social responsibility. In view of this we already started to feed orphanage in the rural villages. We are working to establish our product plant in the marginal area where worker could work staying their own place. It focuses on prohibiting Child Labour, regulating- Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, Working hours, Working condition, Leave, Fair Remuneration Recruitment, Discrimination, Forced Labour, Harassment and Abuse, Grievance and freedom of association, Medical and Health services, Workers aregetting sanitary napkin with 40% discount price.
